You can't escape from our traditional home-made Cretan dishes, fresh fish, a variety of grilled meats, organic vegetables from our own gardens and meat from our flock of sheep. According to ancient custom, we still produce and serve wine and raki from our own vineyard. The olive oil we use for cooking is made from olives of our own trees.
In the evening, conclude the day watching the sea with a sundowners on our terrace - and then enjoy a delicious and extensive meal as the warm, star-studded night sets on.
